Social Platform Experience Strategy
Our strategy combined social impact understanding with structured digital experience design. We mapped how donors seek transparency, how receivers gain visibility, and how communities consume updates. This insight guided the creation of clear information hierarchies, categorized content systems, and trust-focused interface layouts. From wireframes to high-fidelity UI and system modules, every layer was engineered to ensure credibility, accessibility, and scalable content management for long-term community use.
